Southern Stables Venue Pricing
All Rentals include:

Tables, Chairs, and White or Black tablecloths

Set up/Break down of all table/chairs

Final walk-through prior to the event for chair/table placement
Event layout will be determined at final walk-through. The decided upon layout will be completely set up prior to your arrival.
Wedding Weekend Rental - $8000 includes:
Weekend Rental - Friday to Sunday:

Initial tour of the facility, final walk through the week of, tables, chairs, table cloths, set up and break down of all tables and chairs, as well as access to the property to take portraits before the event.

Friday entry at 10:00AM at barn to begin decorating for the event.

Early entry for decorating or set up is available at an additional cost*

Saturday Morning entry to the guest house to begin getting dressed at 8AM.

Access to the guest house Friday night for a Rehearsal Dinner and/or bridal party stay is available for an additional cost*

Access to the property for the event from 8AM to 10PM Saturday.

Bride and Groom wedding night stay at the guest house.

Access to the property Sunday to clean up and retrieve belongings.
Booking Deposit - In order to reserve your desired date, there is a $2,000 deposit required. 100% of this goes directly towards your total venue costs.
Insurance - All weddings are required to purchase event insurance. This can be purchased through “WedSafe Insurance” and costs between $0-$200. (www.wedsafe.com) —General Liability insurance $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage— The client must provide proof of insurance 2 weeks prior to the event. Event insurance “may” be free through your insurance provider. Please check with them before purchasing.

When booking your wedding at Southern Stables, you have access to the property for photography sessions. There is no additional charge to come to the property for engagement or bridal portraits, though they must be scheduled through Southern Stables owners.
One-Day Barn Rental (non-wedding)
$1000 includes:
One-Day Rental:

Initial tour of the facility, final walk through the week of, tables, chairs, table cloths, as well as set up and break down of all tables and chairs.

Access to the Barn for the event from 8AM to 10PM that day.

Access to the guest house is available for an additional cost*

Booking Deposit - In order to reserve your desired date, there is a $500 deposit required. 100% of this goes directly towards your total venue costs.

Insurance:
As stated above, all weddings require insurance. All other events will be determined per event.
Security:
Security must be hired for events with a guest list of 100+ or if alcohol will be served. This security will be provided by OPSD and arranged by Southern Stables. Payments for security officers is not included in the weekend rental fee, and minimum of 3 hrs. required.
Security Deposit - $1,000
The security deposit will be returned to you in full if there are no damages and/or missing items after inspection of the property.
