Friday entry at 10:00AM at the Barn & Pavilion to begin decorating for the event.

Early Entry Thursday for decorating is available at an additional cost*​

Saturday Morning entry to the Guest House to begin getting dressed at 8AM.

Access to the guest house Friday night for a Rehearsal Dinner and/or Bridesmaids' Sleepover is available for an additional cost*​

Access to the property for the event from 8am to 10pm Saturday.

Clean Up till 11:00pm.

Bride and Groom honeymoon night stay at the Guest House.

Access to the property Sunday to clean up & retrieve belongings till 3pm. ​

BOOKING DEPOSIT:
In order to reserve your desired date, there is a $2,000 deposit required.
100% of this goes directly towards your total venue costs.

BOOKING DEPOSIT:

Additional Fees for all Rentals:
​Insurance:

All events require event insurance.​

General Liability insurance $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury & property damage

List Southern Stables as an Additional Insured

This can be purchased through www.wedsafe.com & costs between $0-$200.

Event insurance “may” be free through your insurance provider. Please check with them before purchasing.​​

The client must provide proof of insurance 2 weeks prior to the event.
-
Security:
-
Two (2) Security must be present for events with a guest list of 100+ &/or if alcohol will be served.
-
This security will be provided by OPSD & arranged by Southern Stables.
-
Payments for security officers is not included in the weekend rental fee.
-
Officers will be required to be on the property at the start of the event & till the last person leaves the property with a minimum of 3 hours required.

Incidental Security Deposit:

$1,000 Incidental Security Deposit will be required at the week of the event.
-
It will be returned in full if there are no damages &/or missing items after the inspection of the property.
Alcohol & Other Vendors:
Alcohol:
-
All events serving alcohol must provide a licensed bartender to serve alcohol.

Bartender Licenses must be turned into the office 7 days prior to the event. ​

You may stock the bar but outside drinks are not allowed to be brought in by guests.

We do not allow BYOB at any event.
-
Any event, no matter the size, that serves alcohol must have officers on-site.

Other Vendors:

While we do not have a mandatory list of vendors you must use, we have a list of recommended vendors we will be happy to share with you once a contract has been signed.
When you book your wedding at Southern Stables, you'll enjoy exclusive access to our beautiful property for your engagement or bridal portraits at no additional cost.
From the pond & rolling pastures to the iconic white barn & charming guest house, our venue offers countless stunning backdrops for capturing life's most memorable moments.

Our beautiful grounds are also available for select photography sessions outside of booked weddings with a small fee.
Whether capturing engagement portraits, bridal portraits, or other special milestones, we welcome the opportunity to share the beauty of Southern Stables.
To ensure the property is available & beautifully prepared for your session, all portrait appointments must be scheduled in advance.
