Southern Stables Venue Pricing

All Rentals include:

  • Tables, Chairs, and White or Black tablecloths

  • Set up/Break down of all table/chairs

  • Final walk-through prior to the event for chair/table placement
     

Ceremony/Reception layout will be determined at final walk-through. The wedding will be completely set up prior to your arrival Friday morning. All tables/chairs will be set as desired by the couple. Table cloths will be placed on the tables prior to arrival.

Wedding Weekend Rental - Contact for Pricing

Weekend Rental - Friday to Sunday: 

  •  Friday entry at 10:00AM at barn to begin decorating for the event.

    • Early entry for decorating or set up is available at an additional cost*​

  •  Saturday Morning entry to the guest house to begin getting dressed at 8AM.

  • Access to the property for the event from 8AM to 10PM Saturday.

  • Access to the property Sunday to clean up and retrieve belongings. 

When booking your wedding at Southern Stables, you have access to the property for photography sessions. There is no additional charge to come to the property for engagement or bridal portraits, though they must be scheduled through Southern Stables owners..

Security/Insurance/Deposit:

Security must be hired for events with alcohol or guest list over 100 people. This security will be provided by OPSD and arranged by Southern Stables. Payments for security officers is not included in the weekend rental fee, and cost will be dependent on your specific event.

Insurance - You are required to purchase event insurance if alcohol will be served at the reception. This can be purchased through “WedSafe Insurance” and costs between $0-$200. (www.wedsafe.com) —General Liability insurance $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage— The client must provide proof of insurance 2 weeks prior to the event. Event insurance “may” be free through your insurance provider. Please check with them before purchasing.

Security Deposit - $1,000
The security deposit will be returned to you in full a maximum of two days following the assessment of the property, and if there are no damages and/or missing items.

Every Wedding package includes one initial tour of the facility. If you choose to book with Southern Stables, you will have access to the venue for bridal portraits and receive discounts for other events pertaining to the wedding. For example, a wedding Shower or bridal brunch. In order to reserve your desired date, there is a $2,000 deposit. 100% of this goes directly towards your total venue costs.
