Southern Stables Venue Pricing

All Rentals include:

  • Tables, Chairs, and White or Black tablecloths

  • Set up/Break down of all table/chairs

  • Final walk-through prior to the event for chair/table placement
     

Ceremony/Reception layout will be determined at final walk-through. The wedding will be completely set up prior to your arrival Friday morning. All tables/chairs will be set as desired by the couple. Table cloths will be placed on the tables prior to arrival.

Wedding Weekend Rental - $8,000

Weekend Rental includes: 

  •  Friday entry at 8:00AM at barn to begin decorating for the event

  •  Saturday Morning entry to the guest house to begin getting dressed at 8:00AM

  •  Saturday Morning entry to barn at 8:00AM

  • Guest house available for bride and bridesmaids to begin dressing

  • Groom and Groomsmen may arrive at the house no earlier than 12 noon

*** Horse and Carriage - optional add-on $500

Horse and carriage may be reserved to escort bride from guest house to wedding ceremony. (Grand Entrance) It will also be available as the Bride and Groom exit the ceremony, and available for pictures after the wedding ceremony.

~When booking your wedding at Southern Stables, you have access to the property for photography sessions. There is no additional charge to come to the property for engagement or Bridal portraits. Photography sessions must be scheduled through Southern Stables, however there will not be a charge for these sessions.

Security/Insurance/Deposit:

~Security will be provided by OPSD. Southern Stables will arrange security for your event. 
Payments for security officers are not included in the weekend rental fee. Each wedding will have a different number of guests as well as arrival times for those guests. This total will be figured on an individual basis.

~Insurance - You are required to purchase event insurance if alcohol will be served at the reception. This can be purchased through “WedSafe Insurance” and costs between $0-$200. (www.wedsafe.com) —General Liability insurance $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage— The client must provide proof of insurance 2 weeks prior to the event. Event insurance “may” be free through your insurance provider. Please check with them before purchasing.

~Security Deposit - $1,000
The security deposit will be returned to you in full a maximum of two days following the assessment of the property, and if there are no damages and/or missing items.

Every Wedding package includes one initial tour of the facility. If you choose to book with Southern Stables, you will have access to the venue for bridal portraits, and receive discounts for other events pertaining to the wedding. For example: a Wedding Shower or Bridal Brunch. All Brides will receive a complementary gift from Southern Stables and a list of highly recommended vendors

Things to Note:

  • Saturday Night - Reception ends at 10:00pm                 

  • Early entry (for decorating) is available for $250

Photography Session:
Use of property for photography session: 3 hours - $100

  • payment will be accepted through Venmo when booking your session.

$2,000.00 to Book/Reserve your date.
100% of this $2,000 goes directly towards your total venue costs.

If the total cost of your event is less than $2,000 -
then you will pay the full amount to reserve your date.
